德國KAYSEN凱森進口不銹鋼轉子泵概述
轉子泵又稱膠體泵，三葉泵，鞋底泵等。依靠兩同步反向轉動的轉子（齒數為2—4）在旋轉過程中于處產生吸力（真空度），從而吸入所要輸送的物料。高粘度轉子泵的自吸性能強，適用于輸送不含固體顆粒和纖維的粘稠液體，甚至是半固體狀態的液體， 高粘度轉子泵 *輸送粘度達到300000cst厘泊。
進口不銹鋼轉子泵主要特點：
●轉子泵屬容積式泵，輸送流量可以較 的控制也可方便地制成變量泵。而離心泵的輸出流量是不能控制的，隨著阻力的增加而下降；轉子泵有較強的自吸能力，而離心泵在運轉前必須先充滿液體。
●轉子泵的轉速很低，一般在200rmp至600rmp之間，被輸送的物料被平穩地輸出而其成份不會受到破壞。而離心泵的轉速很高，被輸送物料受到強力的撞擊以及離心力的作用，所以離心泵在輸送混合物時經常產生物質成份不一的現象，使成品的質量下降。而萬用輸送泵正是解決這一問題的*選擇，所以它特別適用于輸送混合料甚至含有固體顆粒的物料。
●轉子泵可用于輸送粘度很高的物質，所以又稱膠體泵。而離心泵無此特性。
●轉子泵可以方便地制成輸出壓力較高的品種，如150kgf/cm2，適宜于長距離或高阻力定量輸送。
●轉子泵的制作較復雜精密，成本高，這也是它與離心泵相比*的區別。
